With school out Biloxi is the place for fishing with the family!
March usually starts the migration of pelagic fish in the Gulf of America and the Mississippi sound. We see species like
small Sharks, Spanish Mackerel, Cobia, Florida Pompano and Mangrove Snapper.
We find these fish in the Mississippi sound or around the Gulf Coast Barrier Islands. The inshore bite picks up. We see plenty of delicious tasting White Trout, Ground Mullet (AKA) Southern Kingfish and Whiting. Let’s not forget about the main staple of our species here in Biloxi. This includes Speckled Trout, Redfish, Flounder, Black Drum and Sheepshead.
