About Captain Kyle Powell
Kyle has been on a boat for as long as he can remember. He started deckhand while he was still in high school, working hard and learning the trade early on. After he got married, he moved away for a while, but his passion for the water never left him.
He wanted to earn his captain’s license, and his family fully supported him through that journey. He went to school, put in the work, and got his license. He has now been running boats professionally for four years, doing what he truly loves.
There is nothing more important to Kyle than his family. He takes incredible care of his family and always puts them first. Anything outdoors, he’s all in, hunting, fishing, working with his hands. He’s a hard worker who takes pride in what he does.
Kyle believes in doing things the right way the first time. He doesn’t cut corners, and he stands behind his work. That integrity, work ethic, and dedication are what people love the most about Kyle. He’s from Woolmarket, Mississippi, and that strong Mississippi work ethic shows in everything he does. We are proud and lucky to have him as one of our hard working captains. Kyle works hard to catch fish and as a captain.
